Active Items!

• Added 10 (and a half) active items
• Press Q to use an active item
• Can only hold one active item at a time
• The Ace of Spades can carry two active items

General Changes

• Changed the sprite for the shrine of equality
• Items in the "unlock" menu will be hidden until you have picked the item up
• Locked items now have a special sprite displayed over them
• Finally buffed The Ace of Spades' health (50 -> 100)

Bug Fixes

• Saved runs (should) be compatible between this version and any future versions. This needs more additional testing.
